Gelonghui April 25| The Supreme People's Procuratorate held today to "deepen comprehensive performance of intellectual property inspectionsbigjackpot, promoting the development of new quality productivity." Gong Ming, member of the Supreme People's Procuratorate Party Leadership Group and Deputy Attorney General, introduced at the press conference that since 2021, the Supreme People's Procuratorate has formulated 13 procuratorial policies and other documents to protect and promote the development of scientific and technological productivity, and explored the establishment of a new mechanism for intellectual property inspection and handling cases that supports comprehensive innovation. Focus on high-tech fields related to the survival and development of enterprises, increase case handling efforts, and severely crack down on criminal acts of infringing intellectual property rights of key core technologies. From 2021 to 2023, a total of 862 people were examined and prosecuted for crimes of infringement of trade secrets.
